Why I created Vitality Pills

My journey with iron deficiency

I had been a vegetarian for around 15 years when my health started to decline. I was really tired all the time and had symptoms of low iron like dizziness and being breathless.

I tried many different iron supplements, hoping something would help.

People often told me, “you should eat meat,” but at the time I didn’t want to hear it.

Still, I knew I needed to do something different if I wanted to feel well again.
